Purpose: To respond to your inquiry, provide quotes, process vehicle enrollment, or manage advertising campaigns.
2. Account Registration (Advertisers & Vehicle Owners) When you create an account on our platform: Advertisers provide:
- Business name, VAT number, contact person, billing address, payment details
- Campaign preferences and creative assets
Vehicle Owners/Drivers provide:
- Full name, ID number (for verification and payment)
- Contact details
- Vehicle registration, make, model, year, photos
- Banking details (for earnings payouts)
- GPS tracking consent and driver profile
Purpose: To manage accounts, process payments, verify eligibility, track campaigns in real time, and ensure compliance with advertising agreements.
3. GPS & Location Data (Vehicle Tracking)
- We collect real-time GPS location data from enrolled vehicles via installed tracking devices or mobile apps.
- This data is linked to the vehicle and campaign, not the individual driver (unless the driver is the sole user).
Purpose:
- To provide advertisers with live campaign performance dashboards
- To verify ad visibility and route compliance
- To calculate driver earnings based on distance and impressions
Note: Location tracking only occurs when the vehicle is enrolled in an active campaign and with explicit driver consent.
4. Cookies & Analytics We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Remember your preferences and login sessions
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior (via Google Analytics or similar)
- Improve site performance and user experience

- Session cookies: Expire when you close your browser
